Wages are paid in accordance with the current Agricultural Wages Order and National Minimum Wage currently £5.74 per hour (Oct 08). Most of the work will be on a piece rate basis, this means the more you pick the more you earn, whether on your own or in teams. Piece work rates will vary according to the crop and weather conditions.

We will tell you daily what you have earned and give you a payslip with this detail. EU workers will be paid daily.

We do not pay for breaks or time spend getting to the fields.
